Tyre Special – Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is valid for a limited time only or while promotional stock lasts.

2. The promotion applies only to selected tyres included in the advertised special.

3. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) 

4. Collection from Alpha Performance Bike Tyres is included in the promotional price.

5. Professional fitting and balancing from Alpha Performance Bike Tyres is included where specified as part of the promotion.

6. Courier delivery is available at the customer's expense. Shipping charges will be quoted based on the delivery destination and order.

7. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotional campaign unless otherwise stated.

8. Full payment is required before tyres are released for collection, fitment or dispatched.

9. Stock is subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable, Moody Badger reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative or provide a refund.

10. Customers are responsible for ensuring the tyre size and specification are suitable for their motorcycle before placing an order.

11. Once tyres have been fitted or used, they cannot be returned unless covered under the manufacturer's warranty or required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

12. Manufacturer warranties apply to manufacturing defects only and are subject to the manufacturer's inspection and approval process.

13. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product supplied.

14. Moody Badger reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
