Shipping and Delivery
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices displayed on our website exclude applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import duties, clearance fees and any other governmental charges.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page or communicated to the customer. Motorcycle tyre orders are fulfilled and dispatched by Alpha Performance Bike Tyres on behalf of Moody Badger.
South Africa (National Shipping)
We use The Courier Guy Economy service for domestic deliveries, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
Motorcycle suspension products are available for international shipping where applicable. International orders are shipped at the applicable shipping rate displayed at checkout or otherwise quoted to the customer, with an estimated delivery time of 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and local courier services.
Motorcycle tyres are available for delivery within the Republic of South Africa only.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Moody Badger is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, adverse weather, strikes, force majeure events or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Title to and risk in the products pass to the customer once the products have been handed to the shipping carrier for delivery or collected by the customer or their authorised representative.
International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Moody Badger is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal of delivery or any other reason attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is re-dispatched.
Additional shipping charges may apply to deliveries to remote or outlying areas. Customers will be notified of any additional charges before dispatch where applicable.
Shipping methods, courier partners and estimated delivery timeframes may be updated from time to time as our shipping services evolve.
