Shipping and Delivery

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

South Africa (National Shipping):
We use Courier Guy Economy service, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping at a flat rate (where applicable), with estimated delivery times of 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Once products are handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by their country.

Tracking information and shipping details will be provided to the email address supplied at checkout once the order has been dispatched. Both Moody Badger and the customer can monitor the shipment via the shipping carrier’s website or app.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a delivery is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failure to collect, or refusal by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or outlying areas. Customers will be notified where applicable.

Shipping methods and delivery timeframes may be updated as courier partnerships are finalised.
