  • Description of Goods and Services: Moody Badger supplies motorcycle tyres, suspension products, accessories and related motorcycle products. Detailed descriptions, specifications and compatibility information are provided on the relevant product pages.

    Motorcycle Tyres:  Motorcycle tyres are sold and delivered within the Republic of South Africa only. Motorcycle tyre orders are fulfilled by Alpha Performance Bike Tyres on behalf of Moody Badger. Alpha Performance Bike Tyres is Moody Badger's authorised fulfilment, fitment and installation partner for motorcycle tyre products.

    Pricing: All prices displayed on this website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

    Additional Costs: Delivery charges, customs duties, import taxes and any other applicable fees are displayed where applicable before the transaction is completed.

    Payment Security: Payments are processed securely through PayFast using industry-standard security measures.

    Refunds: Refunds, returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Where a refund is approved in accordance with that policy and applicable law, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

3. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

4. Product use disclaimer and liability.

  • Liability and Installation Disclaimer:

    Motorcycle suspension products should be installed by a suitably qualified person in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions.

    Motorcycle tyres should be fitted and balanced using appropriate equipment and in accordance with the recommendations of both the motorcycle manufacturer and the tyre manufacturer. Products should not be used until they have been correctly installed, inspected and, where applicable, balanced.

    Moody Badger acts as the retailer of its products. Motorcycle tyre fulfilment, fitment and balancing services are performed by Alpha Performance Bike Tyres on behalf of Moody Badger.

    Customers remain responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are suitable for their motorcycle, including the correct make, model, year, tyre size, load index, speed rating and any other applicable manufacturer specifications.

    Improper installation, modification, misuse or use of a product outside its intended purpose may affect safety and may void warranty or return eligibility where permitted by law.

    Technical advice, recommendations, fitment information and compatibility guidance are provided in good faith based on the information supplied by the customer. Customers remain responsible for verifying product compatibility before placing an order.

    Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes, restricts or limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, or any other applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
