Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or attempted installation of the product will void return eligibility.

23 Patrys Avenue, Monument Park, Pretoria, 0181.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in the following instances: incorrect product selected or change of mind.

A 15% handling/restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if we sent the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

If a product is confirmed to be mechanically defective, faulty, or incorrect, we will:

  • Cover the cost of return shipping

  • Arrange a replacement or full refund

  • No handling or restocking fee will apply


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery

  • Products not in their original condition or packaging

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is approved, place a new order.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 15% handling/restocking fee.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
